What's the best air intake for a nytro? I don't think I want the 3 K&N filters....what's the best mod out there? i like the fix powersports lid i have for my apex....is there anything out there like that??? thanks....
Hurricane Perf has a great airbox mod....not sure how it works on it's own, but it made 6
+ hp up top on my Mytro when added to the Hindle exhaust...made some down low, but I can't find my dyno sheets for exact numbers.

Is a programmer required to do this airbox mod? I don't have full exhaust, stock header with an MBRP slip-on.
I honestly couldn't say with those mods...I would guess no, but would recommend it just to be on the safe side. From what I've read filters and a slipon is fine for no fuel controller....so I would guess the same in this situation...but double check with Dave at Hurricane...not sure if many guys have done his aribox mod without doing a full exhaust.
