Mac/Heath does the explaination of the GEMS apply to the apex as well?

I have a lean spot that goes 14:1-15:1 at 90 mph exactly, tps is probably 1/2 way down, boost is sluttering at 11-13psi (gets back to 11psi on WOT) and if i give it just atitch more gas it drops to 10.5:1 and climbs to 11.5 where I want it. So basically I go 85mph ot 100 and its fine, just the one spot goes lean and luckliy I got my AEM gauge to show me or I would have popped it!

My Apex had the same spot , ran it for 2 years ( zero problems ) just tried to not stay in the lean spot while crusing.

Heath may be able to program around it !
 
Contact Heath at MPI , they now have a program for the Gems to fix the issue.

14.0:1 is a bit lean use at your own risk. I tend to error more towards conservative/engine life.
 
Can easily add green , or yellow for 0-25 mph but only in that range while on portages , parking lots etc , no load , no boost.
