Mac again, just one more note. The GEMS shoule be on its own line. I guess the fuel reg is OK there. But here's the biggie. We need to know the boost the GEMS is seeing, not the throttle body. Please connect the Boost gauge to the Air Box. The Valve is correctly connected to the throuule bodies. I suspect that the GEMS is seeing a lot more than 2 psi. The 2 places for measuing boost are quite similar, but very different at part throttle. This again make me think that the Blue-Green is too low and Red is too high. Also maybe Blue-red is too low.

I know the Gems can work , my MPI sc Apex was awesome for 2 years.

I have been talking to Heath about the mid lean, many times, knowing it would break the motor , tried all his ideas since Dec 20 , when I first rode the sled. Now it has 1450 km and dripping oil out the breather. Pulling it apart Tues nite.
I have been riding , but trying to stay out of the 14-16s. best we can.
The sled has your bypass valve , and it is plumbed the way you want it , with the exception of the boost gauge, I will change it.
The sled will cruise in 13.0-13.8 at lower vacuum / boost , but as it approaches 2.0 lbs up goes the afr.

The new controller is the fix , can add lots of fuel anywhere , just have to dial it in to get the fuel milage back.

Motors are being built . Testing to resume , will have some flat land numbers for milage soon.

For now , (new controller ) 12.5 afr all the way , then 11.8 wot
