hello everybody, haven’t posted on here much but I’ve done a lot of reading here over the last couple years
I’m considering buying a 2010 nytro MTX 153 with the Yamaha/MPI 180 kit (non intercooled). Sled also has full exhaust system, although I’m not sure about the brand. It comes with the GEMS controller.
Is it possible to run on pump gas (generally have access to 93, although sometimes stuck with 91) at low altitude (0-2000ft) by turning the boost down a bit, or will I always need to use at least some race gas.
Anything else I should know about the supercharged nytros? From what I’ve seen, they’re pretty cool sleds when set up. sleds in good shape only 1700 miles, guys willing to sell it for 4500. About the only downside is that it has that maverick track that no one seems to like.
Thanks for your help!
