Hello.
Apex XTX 2011
Removed secondary clutch for inspection and cleaning when I see damage to each plate. The damage is barely 0.5mm deep at the deepest point. The damage must have been there during the short time I owned the snowmobile and it has worked as well as possible. What do you think? Can I continue to drive with the damage or do
I just have to buy a new clutch?

Just be sure that none of those scars are protruding above the sheave surface and drive on.

If it were mine, I would replace the secondary sheaves but instead of purchasing new, I would contact Travis of Barn of Parts to see if he has any good used ones where you can use your existing spring and helix.
