Any body on this form running one of these motors?
I have Googled the topic and there is very little out there. Is there any engine builders in Michigan building them?

Any hp ratings, reliability issues?

Thanks

Hurricane performance builds big bore stroked engines for the Apex. They are claiming 185 hp for their 1250cc engine with headwork. The topic was on here about a month or two ago. Check about 6 or 7 pages back and you should find it.

Really cool engines, just bring LOTS of $$$. I think they quoted something like $5500 just for parts alone. It would be hard to justify that kind of expenditure when you can get far more hp out of a s/c or turbo.

I just saw one on craigslist in Toledo OH. May want to check that one out. Or at least call and ask him about it.

That sled is the reason for this post.
The owner did not post the add. The guy that posted it for hm said the owner was directed to a builder in the thumb by the Sled Shed in Gaylord, but can not remember has name. He does not know any of the specs of the engine. I would like to know who built it and talk to him.
I called the Sled Shed and they dont know who he is talking about.

If that the case maybe contact H&H Howard, or OSP. If I recall they are in that area, and might know.

Thumb area maybe try Matt at MCB performance he might know something. Not a yami guy but got connectionson that side of state.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will check with them.

Sled is probably sold by now but don't want to buy with out more info.
