attak colors and graphics

Does anyone besides myself wonder what the hell yamaha was thinking when they decided on the attak colors and graphics. Taking a look at the RTX or the GT your like "WOW, thats a hot looking machine!" Then there's the Attak, almost like it was an after thought. They are pretty boring looking. Yes I have seen uglyer sleds out there, but they really dropped the ball there. Just my .02c

I really liked the candy apple red on the 05 RX-1 but it did nothing for me when I saw it on the attak in person. I'm thinking it's the "Tribal Graphics" BS. In person, I really liked the good Ol' Yamaha Blue. I've said this before, it apears more vibrant this year

I have my mind made up on an Attak, I just cant figure out which color to get. I'm trying to figure out which one has more potential for a graphics makeover. There's a local lady that made me some graphics for my bike. I was thinking of customizing the look of my attak.

I think the attak would look sharp with the optional low windshields. Their will be many options soon to be released. I would of liked to see a 136 blue RTX though. Maybe in blue?

Isn't an Attak the same thing as a 136" RTX with different stickers. Although is does look better with the all black hood and blue graphics.

Yes it would be, but they don’t make a 136 RTX. I just played around on the computer changing the seat, track and RTX colour.

I agree that the windshield can make a world of difference. I have never seen a sled like this one before that the entire look can completely change with a windshield swap :ORC

looks great, but what about some wind protection. That would be a chilly ride at -30.

i though the "tribal graphics" verison looked good, better then the blue...
but if i was going to customize it with stickers the Blue is the way to go

I think I may have opted for a 136 GT or RTX if they were avaiable. athough I never owned a 136, I've always thought about geting something bigger than a 121. I would have had to look at the cost differences.
