I always have the feeling of loose snow being built up under the track if you lock it up completely also, which is no good when you get back on the gas.
Another thing, for me, in a panic, i lock the track up from just all the years of NOT having engine braking, just grab too much. Don't like to admit that, but i've scared myself more then once locking the track. Takes some getting use to, but i'm really slacking in that area. Like in the 96-ish area, when Cat had those bad a$$ brakes on the 440 ZRs. Mike.
