Had the same trouble and i found some info on the viper page that recomended forcing fluid from the bleeder to the master . I finally got fluid down to the caliper but had to pump the cylinder about 300 times

It's frustrating, but keep pumping it will happen. At least you can do it alone. No special tricks.
Make sure when you open the bleeder while bleeding it that you open it a lot.Not just 1/2 a turn. Go 2 or more.

Turkey baster with plastic tube over bleeder ,squeeze slowly until the upper reservoir is full. Go slow you will see bubbles, once full your good to go , no pump bleed etc.

I used an oiler and pumped the fluid backwards through the system, and then bled conventionally. Pain in the #*$&@, I could have took the sled apart and put it back together faster than it took me to bleed that.

I use a similar setup to the turkey baster method now, it’s a vacuum pump bleeder with the hoses reversed so it blows into the catch can that’s filled with brake fluid. It works great, no pumping, it pushes the fluid backwards through the system.
The other way I used to do it was crack the bleeder at the caliper, fill the reservoir and let it gravity bleed until fluid is seeping out the caliper then close the bleeder. Now slowly pump the brake lever, you’ll notice a couple bubbles after every pump come floating up in the reservoir. Keep pumping every 5~6 seconds until the bubbles stop and your done. It does take about 15 minutes of pumping tho.

I’ve tried hooking up to the caliper with my suction bleeder and it really never seems to get all the air out
