If someone was running a "stock muffler tune" and wanted to reverse the tune back to stock, can you remove the non stock tune?

Yes, if you have the flasher with the stock tune in there its easy. If you don't have the flasher, the tuner may require you to pay to put it back in. Hope that answers it for you.
