Got them together, hopefully we can get them out tomorrow. We have been getting dumped on!

Are you getting the updated pipe and grommet? I did this last year but can't remember the part numbers. Search my threads, I posted pics and numbers.

Yes I am, since they were backordered, and they are coming from yamaha.

I just check with Partzilla.com and it's seems they are in stock. I was able to add them to my cart with no mention on a backorder.

I ordered mine from partzilla, and it said the same thing, even after I paid. 4 days later I got an "update" saying the estimated ship from yamaha date.

Sorry, I should provide an update, I got a shipping notification the other day from them. Just checked tracking, might actually see it tomorrow as well.

Wow that was easy, here the whole time I think I had to put effort, removed the tank etc. I had put all of those parts back on and put it back together(I hadn't opened the chaincase yet). So sled was ready to run, and within 2 hours(even with explaining things to my son) it was torn down, and put back together.

Glad to hear it went so well! Hopefully you still have decent snow so you can take the machines back out and do some "testing."

Yes we need some snow. On a side note the new "oil pipe" had a much thicker flange on it, than the original. I just need to do this on my 07 MTX. I plan to change the track at the same time on this one. The 2" track has seen its better days, and I have a 1.75 skidoo that has been cut down that should help with the trail riding that we do.
