Did an oil change on my buddy's SW last night
Engine drain plug and oil tank drain plugs were not tight at all
Not much over finger tight!
I will be checking mine before I even ride it

Use a torque wrench on both. Especially the tank. The way they use the O-ring on the bolt just squishing it is a very poor method and will really mess with feel for tightening. Engine is so small don't chance stripping it out. Ulmer and TDmax sell a easy drain kit that really works nice for the tank.

Draining the oil tank is a pain in the A$$
I will look at those kits
Thanks

You can do a search on ebay for arctic cat procross turbo oil change tool. I bought a drain rail tool for like $10 or you could make one. It goes under the drain plug and funnels the oil back down through the big floor board hole where your foot rests.

I use an empty quart oil bottle that has the pour spout not centered...I cut the bottle in half, the spout fits thru the floorboard and locates under the oil tank drain. No drips.

Can cut it slantways also....

That sounds like a great idea

I have to take the little footwell out, I can't get my hands in there to grab the bolt.

mine is tight
