Will cleaning the flash from a clutch require the clutch to be re-balanced?

From what we are seeing, the clutches that have flash that have the flash removed and rechecked for balance have not needed any balancing divots. Basically, the clutches that have flash have even flash through the centers of the clutch and are thin which doesn't weigh very much. The flash causes more problems interfering with movement than balancing.
