Looking to install a Proline clutch kit but have only worked on Cats in
the past. With the nice access to the primary is it necessary to pull
the clutch or can 2 guys remove the cover and reinstall with new
spring and weights? If so, does the center bolt in addition to the six
smaller bolts hold the cover on, and would you remove the six first
then the center? If I need a clutch puller a pn would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

No you dont need a clutch puller, no you do not need to remove the center bolt, and yes all you need to do is remove the 6-10mm bolts to access the weights. The new Proline spring is stiffer than the stocker, but you can put to cover back on, even by yourself. Good luck...BBY

I think the cover is marked and is supposed to go back on in the same position? I always mark one bolt hole with a sharpy and line that hole back up when reassembling. Don't ask me why I just heard one time that it's balanced?
