Had to remove the starter this week due to the bolts loosening, went for a ride friday,120 km,all good, yesterday we rode 260 km and just before getting home, sled stalled at a stop and gave me a code 30,so i started it back up no problem, oil pressure problem from the code list, seen a few had this happen in the search option, but not sure how it can be fixed, some say to pressure the oil tank???

Does it still have the code or did it go away after it started back up?

Maybe the plug for the oil pressure sensor is not getting a good connection?
Oil level is good I presume?

I did lose some oil when i pulled the starter but checked the level and was about 1/4 lower than full on dipstick,i will fill it up and check the connection on top of the tank, with 27000 km,i've never added an ounce of oil in this motor

The one on the dip stick is an oil level sensor. the pressure switch is beside the oil filter. Try adding oil first.

Ok,thanks

It could be the stalling causing the code.Maybe engine rpm goes so low oil pressure drops below threshold.I had code issue today.85.

That makes sensecannondale27 said:It could be the stalling causing the code.Maybe engine rpm goes so low oil pressure drops below threshold.I had code issue today.85.

Do you think sticking clutch or to tight belt deflection could be causing stalling?

Well, its quite possible, ive been neglecting the little phazer lately, the belt is way past due,i was also thinking the belt could cause that,i'll slap a new one and try it,i'm selling it at season's end,its got alot of miles, like 16000 miles
