See pictures from below (access panel removed), brand new 2025 SRX, 0 miles, no leak from hose clamps at the back or front of the exchanger. Puzzling! I'll have to go to the dealer (next Monday), seems that the leak comes from the exchanger itself.

Could be leaking on hose under gas tank and exhaust manifold. Look up past front of track over drive axle with a mirror.

How would it be there and nowhere else?
Clamp tight? Hose ok?
Any chance it's leaking down from Turbo connections or turbo cooling tank connections?
Just brain-storming here. The welds on heat exchangers are supposedly tested to be air tight.

Common. Go over every single clamp of any kind you can find on the sled. Betting you'll tighten them at least a full turn.
