Yikes! Not a whole lot of room between cylinders for a big bore piston. That would defiantly be a hot spot. Perhaps headwork is the only way to go.
Is the 2nd picture the intake?
Yes.See some potential?
Good work guys on this. Seems real interesting.
Hello i was wondering if you folks had any updates on cylinder porting you were getting this summer.

ditto what that guy said
Supposedly the head was finally shipped today.Pics coming soon. Was planning on dyno before the mods but time and $ are limited right now.
Did they get some before and after flow numbers on the head?

No.I will try to get it on Ulmers dyno if hes willing since he already did one.Really all I am interested in is getting some more topend.Would like to see 90mph consistantly.Right now I consistantly get 83mph on the dreammeter. Its getting a bit boring on the grades and river especially since it rides so smooth it only feels like 30!I wont make any other changes other than head and PCIII until its dynoed.

cannondale, what clutching do you currently run (can't remember if it's ours or not). Any air box mods currently? I'm game for dynoing, just give me a few weeks notice so I can try to work you in. We'll set it up with a PCIII and may play with a Ignition Module as well as air box mods, and a trick new air filter setup I'd like to give a try. We can hook it up using a Wideband Commander linked to the PCIII and also linked to the dyno.
Iam curious what kind of dyno are you running?

Dynojet model 360 snowmobile chassis dyno. You remove the rear skid and the track drives a 900 lbs drum.
