Decibel Testing on SanDale Mufflers for the 998

The Mufflers I have tried:
-Stock
-TD 2.5" SQ
-Hurricane Trail Perf Muffler
-TD 3" Stock Mod
Performance of all the Perf Mufflers seemed about the same...it was the sound, or lack there of, I was after.

What is your opinion on noise level between the hurricane trail and the TD 3” stock mod

I have the hurricane on one my sleds.

I have the hurricane on one my sleds.

The Hurricane muffler performed well on my sled and wasn't super loud .
I only purchased the 3" muffler as I was planning on installing a header and thought I would compliment it with a higher flow muffler.
For my taste I like the sound better on the 3" stock mod but I honestly don't know if makes more power then the Hurricane.

If i don't end up getting a new sled I may try a header next year as my stock flex cracked with 6500 miles.
I welded it, and it held up for my trip in Quebec(1200kms)
