Developing New Custom Phazer Parts

I can't find an email link at Sno-stuff.
But we should all campaign and find somebody to make these panels.

Sorry gade-thrasher, I didn't mean to jack your thread.
I'll take it elsewhere... See new thread.

1-Close off for the tunnel that is predrilled and radius in corners.
2- Some kind of cover for the side of exhaust opening like the new Phazers only cheaper or better.

Ever see the swaybar setup the Polaris switchback uses? The links disable swaybar till its needed in a hard corner.Works awesome. Some of those and a nice stiff swaybar would be awesome.

Also some tunnel supports for rear of sled along with a billet rearbumper to get rid of steel but still keep strength.

You'll have to fill me in on the Polaris swaybar thing. I'm not familiar with that.

But so far, we will be providing the following:
tunnel supports
bar riser - it will accomodate the speedometer, and windsheild
a-arm protectors

We are also working on design to protect the radiator, which will also prevent ice build-up.

I'm surprised nobody has made a kit that makes it easy to pull the side covers, headlight pod, and airbox off while you're out on the trail without having to dig out the tool box. Drives me nuts to dig the tool box out just to check the oil. Maybe a cool little hatch over the dipstick?

I cant seem to find pics of thier swaybar setup but the ends go into a pocket mounted on a-arm the pocket is slotted and loose fitting so swaybar is doing nothing till about mid point of travel. For ours was thinking of making a link kind of like the coupler rods on rear suspension of SRX but much smaller then using a very stiff swaybar.Bar wouldnt be doing anything till mid travel.Could maybe make it adjustable also.

Tom,

Bring the sled to be I will set you up with a new sway bar.

Bruce

We've got the a-arm protectors done. Right now we are finishing up the tunnel support design, and the handlebar risers. Working around the speedometer and windsheild mounts are turning out to be a difficult task. But things are coming along well, and I should have picks up within a week or two.

Tom - if you need your sled back, just let me know. Thanks for your help!

A louvered panel to cover the hole's in the tunnel. A slimmer exhaust and a way to mount a shovel and Swede saw in by the exhause under the seat. As soon as I find the right exhaust that doesn't cost two arms and a leg I am going to fab someting up for that..........oh yea, I almost forgot a set of billet rails that flattens the angle of attack on the Mountain models.... :jump:
