Went riding this past weekend, got my windshield just before leaving. The Phazer was a warmer ride than the Indy 5oo my wife rides. Stock windshield on both machines too.

Yep Tincup springs aint a bad ride though I hit it bout 5 years ago and out of the 120 miles I rode that day 110 miles were 1-2 1/2 whoops. Basicly 4th-5th gear pinned all day or 0. The Saint Helen trail is a nice one too...especially if you ride a MX quad (50" wide) like I do. Might just have to hook up this year sometime....or come race one of our Harescrambles.
Back to point though I WAS workin up quite a sweat but really (for me) put heated visor at top of my list...mine kept fogging up. Cant see-cant ride lol.

cannondale27 said:It all depends on the trails you ride.If alot of open areas or grades the windshield is a huge help.If tight woods trails or boondocking you are not going to need it since you are working up a sweat.I rode quad last year in lower MI northeast of Ludington and all those trails were very tight and fun.Would definitly not need a windshield there.I believe trails were called Tincup and Bighorn.
Tin Cup and Big O loop Cannondale. FYI the single tracks for the bikes are better. There is a Little O too.
Thats them. You guys have some awesome trails!Do you ride sleds there?

Yeah, planning to go up that way this weekend. Not all of them you can ride sleds on, but most of them you can. Then some of the snowmobile trail you can't ride bikes on in the summer so... Yeah I know doesn't make sense to me either.
