Drive cogs

Can anyone clarify if the drive cogs arrows really have to be lined up ? I rushed to put sled together to get it out of the garage and unfortunately did not line the arrows....Help THX

I think that the issue is to insure that the teeth all connect with the track involutes simultaneously

How many tooth drivers do you have? Do they line up by eye?

stock drivers …. they look like they line up
