Dynoed meth/water injected RX1 with Hurricane Racing

It would have been fun to see how the Bender kit would have worked with Huricanes boost carb springs.

I know other people have tried different Holtzman carb springs with the Bender kit without any luck.

Dave any input after the tuning the Bender kit on the dyno?

I learned a little bit about the Bender kit myself. I see some pro's and con's.I think that the Powder lite kit has alot more engineering in it but I really liked the bleed-off screw that bender used for jetting. The turbo carb springs will not work on the bender ,infact, a softer then stock spring would work better to help richen up the lean mids on the Bender.
Be carefull Guy's,,,the springs are part of a over-all package and need to be install with a change to the bleed-off screw size and also a needle clip position change.Possibly a main jet change also. Over all, I believe that it is possible to make the air-fuel ratio good from idle to wide open throttle on a Bender set up

How many of you plan to run the meth kit before the snow comes?I know I will .Thanks bender srx for the info from the dyno. You will be having lots of fun racing the other brands this year.

I know I will be useing a kit this winter on a simons apex turbo, as long as I can find room for the tank.
I have a meth kit on my car now, I can almost double the amount of boost on pump gas. Well worth the money.

No problem Blue Shadow. I can't wait to ride, this time of the season is so hard were so close but yet so far away, a day feels like a month. So what did you do this year for a motor i read last year you lost a rod and the motor was toast?

1xr my tank is installed in the pouch at the rear of my apex seat and the pump is right near my steering coloum

I have a another one in and ready to go .10 to 1 low comp pistons ,stock head gasget ,114 lob centers ,2 1/2 inch down pipe ,ported wasgate ,meth injection, and 22 psi with some race fuel,X D -16 a/f gauge, and 100 pounds remove from sled.Let it snow

can anybody tell me how long a 3 quart bottle will last at wot, I will only be using it on high boost above 18 lbs. on a nytro with three nozzles in the throttle bodies.

It depends on the nozel sizes. On my car I have the 375ml per min (400ish whp) nozel in it. It will use up it up if you are into the boost alot.
For our sleds the kit must have 4 yellow 60 ml min nozels.

I have talked to Huricane and thats what he suggested, only 3 nozzles though as I am running a nytro.

The kit I will receive for my rx 1 has two nozels .Huricane said to put them in the middle of both carbs about 1 1/2 back on the intercooler.

when I talked to derick at snow he recommended running just one nozzle on my i/c inlet side he mentioned with the velocity of the air through the intake would be more than enough to mix through the i/c I asked him about running separate nozzles and he said that he didn't think it was necessary the only problem he said I might have would be mixture pooling in the bottom of the i/c now I am getting that feeling I need to change this to a four nozzle set up can someone explain why I need to run 4 versus 1 nozzle with one nozzle it would be less prone to problems my thinking any ways I am also running the safe injection with the solenoid on the waste gate
