For troubleshooting try unplugging and plugging the vacuum/pressure hose to the blow off valve and see if it has any effect on boost.

Did you find the issue?Looking for some help with electronic waste gate. Can’t get sled to make more than 20 pounds of boost. No boost leaks, have allready machined spacers between clamps, an put boost leak tester on it serval times. Can easily get 27 pounds an more with no leaks. Even if I put in race 30 tune still can’t make more then 20. Something doesn’t seem right with the waste valve % percentage only being 65 %. Any help would be appreciated.

I need help. I love reading the comments about not getting boost, but I can’t even get my WASTEGATE installed! Lol. The torx stripped and I spent an hour drilling etc to get it out, now I see there is a second screw that I can’t access… I have so much apart, I just hope I can get it back together. I’m bleeding and so fed up, but hoping someone can help before I pack up (sled not at my house). Thank you in advance, hobby build almost done, but winters are so short these days.

Easiest way is to take the turbo off and install it on the bench. Don't forget to set the crack pressure.I need help. Thank you, I had thought of that, but after removing a couple of bolts and hoses, I seem to just be getting closer to have a sled in pieces that i may forget how to put together. Lol. I did want to take it off anyway as I have some turbo cleaner and running it through when running isn’t something I want to do with everything already installed. (Might be easier to explain the new big turbo purchase to my wife next year though. Lol)Easiest way is to take the turbo off and install it on the bench. Don't forget to set the crack pressure.

And what is your crack recommendation as I’ve heard different values, mine recommended 11-14 pounds, waiting on pressure gun to test…

Do you have 4bar map sensor? 3bar “should” be good over 20, but not 30 from what I understand. Not yet? Any idea?

Search for my "Stage 6 build" thread I'm pretty sure I took pictures of my install. Assuming you have a TD wastegate and stock turbo your crack should be 11 lbs.Do you have 4bar map sensor? 3bar “should” be good over 20, but not 30 from what I understand.
