Guys, all the information is right here in this thread, other than the measurements on where to drill the 3 holes. I will try to get that if I can. If you are not mechanically inclined, any dealer should be able to do it for you, or better yet, an independent powersport shop. It does take a fair amount of time and skill to get through it the first time. The second time much faster...

It’s about $1600 USD if you need a new wiring harness (I would says it’s required for older than 2019). 2019 and newer it’s about $1100 usd from partzilla if you source connectors and splice into factory harness which is what I did.So what's the all in $$$ for oem parts? The parts are probably more expensive from other dealers. I noticed Arctic cat parts are more (about $2200 vs $1600). As mentioned before, it’s all itemized here in this thread.
I would imagine a dealer could do it in 5 hrs….if they have done it before and willing to do it.

At this point, it does not appear that the ECU is involved. None of the ECUs on older model winders are aware of the EPS that has been added on. They seem to work.

I've taken the measurements for the 3 bolts you need to drill for.
This does not cover the relocation of the voltage regulator to the front of the tub, the exact whereabouts of that is not critical - just need to get it out of the way.

Finally got out to ride my 2019 after doing the conversion. It's the best money I have spent on my sled (besides the QS3R upgrades)! I tapped into the CANBUS harness and the EPS works fine, zero issues. I personally love the feel of the earlier model spindles and adding EPS, I feel I have the ultimate sled. Swapped some Slydog Command skis and it handles great!

Sorry my sleds were 400 miles away. I tested my 19 RR that I did this on over the weekend. Rode 50 miles. Behaves identically to my 22. Great win for guys wanting to upgrade IMO. PS. I love how you can add aggressive skis and carbide with no impact to your arms. I'm running Curves with 8" shapers
