My louvers had bent closed last winter and coil harness next to exhaust received some good heat and started to melt.

Anyone know the connector part number for the harness side going onto the coil?

Wow, never seen that before! You have a header, or did this happen with stock manifold?
IMO, that area of the tunnel needs to be stronger (thicker?) or re-designed so ice doesn't bend all those louvers shut.

Header has been on it for a couple of seasons now.
Don't have any exhaust leaks but the louvers were all bent down to less than 50 percent open.
Going to give it a real good check over.
Looking for a link for the connector.
