If the spacing is just out a little bit in the a arms - use a pry bar to bend things back in line. If its way out you may have to overhaul the front end.

Used a 2x4 an tweeked it back. Not perfect but good for now. Anyone ever have to repair a shock, outside upper tube, sleeve got a little dent in it right by the seal. Just had them redone last week.

Mine was tweaked (could tell by the crease in the bottom gusset plate) but wasn't bad. I straightened mine out per some instructions I found on here with a pry bar and had a local shop weld in a set of Grizztracks gusset plates. I'm not sure what the newest subframe updated gussets look like but I'm guessing Grizztracks gusset plates are more heavy duty vs. the OEM offering.

Bend it back, finish the season, and then repair it during the summer.

I did the EXACT same thing to mine a couple years ago. Usually I unload it by just standing off to the side of my box and let it fly! I heard a ping and did not notice until a few days later. Time some oilite bushings I think. Front end is a bit loose.Used a 2x4 an tweeked it back. Not perfect but good for now. I bent mine last year.....just bent it back and so far its been okay. This summer I might yank it and weld it back up correctly.

I would bend it back and finish the season. Then this summer buy Grizztracks sub frame reinforcement kit and fix it once and for all. G.B.
