flat spot on driven roller

Picking up my CAT rollers today, not cheap at 28.50 each...ouch
Yea,a guy on FB has a sidewinder/thundercat page, and he is doing a 45 dollar cat roller deal right now,or babbitts.com 12.88 a piece no tax.

He is in Canada, that is list price here. Also the CAT rollers are now backordered until March 27 in Canada.
I know I was lucky, when I called to order them they had only 1 in stock and said they were back ordered till end of march... I said bummer, half hour later the CAT dealer called me back and said he had found some at another dealer and they'd be in tomorrow... Great service for never buying anything there before... Sudbury Boat and Canoe thanks much!!!!

Even with floating secondary you want the offset as close as possible, that way the secondary isn't trying to move sideways before is open far enough to move.

Here is the spec. From manual.

just to verify (plus theres a typo in the manual) im seeing this correctly :

Lay the straight edge on the inside sheave (edge) aka fixed sheave of the drive and measure the offset to the outside sheave (edge) of the driven...

even though it isnt adjustable...is there a spec for ctc?

Measure from inside edge of primary to outside edge of secondary. The spec for center to center doesn't matter as I stated above. It's not adjustable.

I ordered Cat rollers last week $11 and change each. They arrived today along with the TCAt nose screen.

Guess I need the 3rd Turbo bolt more than anything else. Other than snow.

I can't find a close up pic of the front of the thundercat. But that part is inexpensive and if its better I'd order one. How does it help with snow getting in our sidewinders? Such a pain that no online parts diagrams available yet to help.
