On groomed trails...a couple of times WFO for a mile. Did the same run several times this year. 200 miles round trip...16 MPG US all day.

14.5 mpg running very fast when conditions permit.
Never got any better than 13.5 MPG on my 06 Apex GT. Loved the sled , hated the milage!

Don't get me wrong I get a lot of 15-16 miles per gal. like every one else, but if I want to conserve gas I can get 20 on a good trail.apltx08 said:cat hunter said:On groomed trails and if your not on the throttle a lot I get 20 miles per imperial gallon here in Quebec a lot!!!![]()

Why is gas milage all over the place, lets post average miles or kms per tank and amount of gas, either we're not calculating all the same way or some are just estamating or guessing, I find very odd to see so much variance from as low as 13mpg to as high as 20mpg...
Like I said I get 15mpg no matter how I drive hard/aggresive or just cruising/touring...
100 miles on a tank divided by 6.5 imp.gal.= 15.38 imp.mpg. this is pretty well tank after tank...we '08 APEX only have 35.6 L or 7.83 Imp.gal.
This is how I calculate it...I think its right
