General Yamaha Venting & Questions

I talked to Yamaha this afternoon. I expressed my displeasure with being charged for what I thought should be covered...Maybe I didn't get get mad enough. Apparently, if the dealer can't duplicate it or fix it, its not covered. After going back and forth, she offered me a 2 hour credit for anything not covered. It was one of those days, so I took it. She assured me that the credit could be used for either sled and it would not have to be the dealer north of Lansing. I am going to call a small dealership here in town and talk things over with him and see what he has to say. Rightarm, you are correct for saying "If you want it done right,.."

They know we all get on Totally Yamaha and they make sure to point that out to Yami corporate regarding any questionable waranty items. I lived in Hobart a few years ago. You are absolutely right about Cycle Sport Yamaha. The business is a credit to it's owner Mike McIntire. He's been a good friend, and a great guy. A real class dealership.
