Me and 4 of my buddies lined up this weekend and got some top speeds. We were on Lake Millinocket which was deep and ungroomed so the conditions were terrible! We made several passes to pack down a track. So here is how we stacked up

Apex ER Stock w/144 studs 1100mi (Me) 94.6
05 Fusion 900 Stock w/144 and all the updates 93.3
05 RX 1 stock w/144 93.0
MXZ600HO Reeds, studs 86.8
F7 Pipes, can, and studs 85.0

Like I said, the conditions were terrible. I got 99.8 on a section of groomed trail earlier that day. I still have never run thi thing flat out on an ice track or even a plowed road. I thought 99.8 was respectable on a groomed trail without ideal conditions.

One more thing I forgot to mention. I was pretty surprised at what a roach the F7 was. I have never ridden one before. It runs like a raped ape up to about 50 or 60 then it falls on its face and creeps to 85 mph. I rode most of the sleds on the lake. Although the top speed numbers are similar, that doesn't tell the story. The Apex and RX 1 pulled hard all the way while the others needed the whole mile to get there.

What year was the F7. My last sled was an 05 F7 with d&d fuel regulator, y pipe and clutch. I pulled 117 (gps). I never had the chance to run them against each other, but seat of the pants feel, the F7 would win.

I thought so to but that was all it had on several runs. It felt great but it shut off quick. Maybe that sled needs ideal conditions more than the others? It was deep snow packed down only by us running the same track over and over again.
