HAMMER's (Service Bulletin)

glad to hear your ok , your information is a very important part of this forum, as a fellow supercharger guy now you'll feel so good now that the big pulley will have to go on bottom......take care

Glad to hear that you are on the road to recovery!

Guys - please have your cholesterol checked. I went in three years ago, (@30) and mine was high. Diet did not work for me, it is a family history deal. So I am on Lipitor now.

We have lots of threads on here about how we take care of our sleds - make sure you do some preventative maint. on yourself too......

I’m glad your on the upswing Randy, I had a scary experience a few years back with my head, was crazy for a while after surgery, started reading about turbos for some reason while I was recovering (still am). I feel lucky to be around, still realizing a person just takes to much for granted.

Anyhow, best wishes to you and the people your close to. Take care and have a quick recovery

That little flow porting in your chest should do you good
(bored, stroked, and sleeved)

You should try some SeaFoam
(insurance only covers the generic brand)

the big pulley
(supercharger humor gotta love it)

Ain't that the truth ... I thought I was doing ok ... looks like I've been taking better care of my sleds over the years than myself ... really makes you take inventory of what's important in your life ... and the camaraderie among Yamaha Snowmobile Owners is on the list.

Thanks to all the well wishers ... it's appreciated !!!

Hammer, get better soon buddy! In 4 weeks we will all chip in some $$$ and send a bus load of strippers over to help you heal up! Don't worry guys, I have his home address!!!

LaLaLa ;)!

Wow...good to hear you are OK. That kind of thing does get you to take a look at your priorities for sure. Take care.

My Brother-in-Law had a routine check up last spring and found some problems. He had open heart surgery, worked hard on rehab and was riding his sled by Christmas. So you should be good to go for next season. Wish you the best of luck, things could have been worse. Relax and have a speedy recovery.

Glad to hear you will be OK Hammer!
By the look of your Photo's you had a real Lean condition going on. You were definatly starving for fuel. Now that you have opened up the lines you should find all sorts of horse power!
Did you have any warning signs, lack of energy, chest pain? I know a few people who have had similar problems and they felt like they were 10 years younger and all sorts of energy! Hope this is the same for you!
