Got a chance to do a little testing. With new update 50/10 weights I got in the mail. First I have to say with a few tips from turk set me in the right direction. Thank,s turk! There was a F7 on my track that was cleaning everything. This F7 is the local Arctic dealers in town, well tuned. Driver weight on F7 around 140 my weight 197. Put the Hammertimes in not happy with rpms, got side by side weights were hitting on clutch cover, F7 took race. Next race took some weight off weights made another gain but lost race. Did this two more times with gains to be made but still lost. Day ended went home took weights out and made them a little lighter in the center. Went back out to track, tested for rpms nobody around. Best rpm so far around 10,100 still not right but better. Next day I was talking to my brother, he said he was talking to local Arctic dealer. He told him that your brother. Will never get ahead of a F7 with that Yamaha he is out in the field with springs and weights. Well next day F7 came back and F6 . Must of thought they would clean me up with the F6. Well this was a new setup, I was running not tested. Lined up with F6 around 5 to 6 times, not even a race cleaned it everytime. Now ran the F7 we were back and forth all day, who ever got hole shot won race. The RX Warrior was still pulling at the finish. Still would like to get rpms a little higher. I know there is a little more gains to be made. (Later)

Order a TEAM clutch with high initial ramp at say 58 or 56- 38 finish and that F7 won't have a prayer. RED/BLACK spring.
That clutch adds 5-7 HP to the "track" where it counts. The up shift is crazy!
I haven't lost to an F7 yet. Hole-shot, mid range, top end. I'm on a shorty 03 so your set up may need to be a little different than mine. I'd call at least 3 specialty shops that sell TEAM and ask for advise on the actual set up they'd suggest. Then call TEAM. TEAM won't sell you direct, but they may help with the set-up. I got mine last year direclty from TEAM. WOW!
The TEAM is where it's at. Look at all the factory race sleds, they all have TEAM secondarys.
After that, you could make other mods you've seen on TY and take it to the next level.
It sounds like you enjoy tinkering. Go for it.

Hey straightliner, otis is correct,i have ran the team for two years and now w/some different springs, and maybe soon a helix, mine runs faster w team than stock. Now try a psc-2520 helix w/psc-3160 red-black spring,it will help send rpms up tp 10,500 otis has the psc-2515 helix same spring, like he said all sleds are a little different, some need more rpms some less, and some have more drag, good luck. Pete
Stay as far away from the team roller as possible. The Rx-1 is far to heavy a sled to run that roller.
My cousin is one of the best Polairs tuners I've ever seen. He has had a team roller for 3 seasons now and he says it's the biggest pile of #*$&@ he's ever bought!!!

I'm with you Xpolaris guy! Just when I start to get excited about trying a new product someone slaps me in the head. If it's not on here it's my wife saying "you don't need nitrous"!
I do like the idea of the team roller secondary. In principal it appears to be a lot like the ER secondary sold by High Tech except you get two helixes in one with it and it's a complete secondary for about the price of a roller kit.
Oh well. Maybe Jason will try one himself and change his mind? PB

Amen to that! If I'm not sore from riding, it's from my wife slapping me upside the head when I open one of my snowmobile mags
Seriously, I think Supertorquer may have something with the HCx though. TEAM's are too expensive and don't come with everything you need right out of the box. And forget the Paragon - a secondary at almost $1000.00  I suppose if I had deep pockets or a high $$ sponsor  MCB Performance www.mcbperformance.com has a clutch kit too that's "receiving some Excellent feedback" don't know if anyone on TY has one though? I've dealt with them before - they're good guys
but I'm really interested in the potential gains from adding a roller secondary setup, only time and testimonies will tell.

Right now I getting best times and mph with the hammertimes vs heavy hitters. Not to say HH are no good. I just can't get them dialed in to run as good as the hammertimes. I have made about 20 or more different setups with each set of weights lots of helixs and springs. I have 350 miles of testing on my sled. I have lost hole shots sleeping and still cleaned up on the far end. If I get hole shot pretty much it's Warrior all the way. But I am always looking for more. ( Later)
