Well I asked this in another thread but it is getting to be to 3 long+ pages so I thought I would ask again in a new thread. For the guys running the heavy spring, are you setting the clip on #1 or #2 position .
On my 2005, I had my clip on #2 and cam set up to high end, but now with this heavy spring I'm not sure #1 or #2 clip position.
260lb ready to ride, what do you guys that have this heavy spring run?

Found this old thread on the 05 models if it helps. Mr Sled is a lighter than you w/o gear and he talks about how he set the big boy spring.

I added a post to that thread. I found the 2nd position perfect (cam on the lowest position most of the time). I'm probably around 245 ready to ride.
The 1st position would have worked fine for me if I didn't have the saddle bags and trunk bag.
