07 fx, when i turn the key on the hibeam light is out. once started the hibeam light is on, when on low beam its dimmer but still lit, when switched to hibeam it gets brighter like normal and hte hibeam goes on. anyone ever have this issue or know what may be up with it?? doesnt matter how many times i hit the hibeam switch its awalys on when the sleds running.

Sounds like a short in the wiring. Do you have stock lights or LED's or Hid's? It's a PITA but check wiring from bulbs back.
Forgot to mention to check the actual switch itself and wiring down, some of these have had a problem with the main ground block. It can be found between the oil tank and Batt. It's wrapped into the harness and is a yellow block with approx 5-8 wires going into and out. It all depends if you have certain updates done such as hand warmer extra ground.

Funny story friday was acting up rode sat was fine lol musta just been angry from lack of use (or at least thats what ill think till it burns to the ground lol)

Sounds like a possible short or bare wire still.

The lights functioned properly, no dimming or any other signs of a short. Ill have to dig around see what i see

I have seen the relay freeze and the lights don't come on. Maybe something simmilar happened.

They always worked and wpuld switch high to low beam just the hi indicator light was dimly lit. I hadnt started in a few months so idk. Next day she was fine. Kinda weirdI have seen the relay freeze and the lights don't come on. Maybe something simmilar happened.

How many Kms?? Muffler bearing and the foo foo valve may need adjustment.
