This Sunday January 21st. It's not a big hill, more of a drag race uphill with a few step ups. Always a few good wipe outs though. Last year I was the only Apex there for 2 occasions. I hope we have more members show this year.

MORE INFO!
Just letting everyone know that Sunday the 21st the hill climb at Pine Ridge Snow Park is still on! They will be making snow for us this week as it is finally cold enough. There will be no charge for parking this year but the there will be a 5 dollar spectator fee. Children under 12 will be free. For those of you that have never been to Pine Ridge the entire hill can be seen from inside were it is warm. The bar will open at noon (for spectators only) and there will be plenty of food avail.
Registration will start at 9 and we hope to start practice runs at 10:30 and get racing underway at 11. There will be stock and mod classes. Classes will be run by engine cc size. We will be racing for trophies and "KIng of the Hill" bragging rights. There will be a kids 120cc class. Cost is 25 dollars per class. All racers will not be charged the spectator fee. We will be running a double elimination style race. After we get done with the racing for the trophies and if there is time we will do some free for all racing where you can line up with anyone you think you can beat.
For those of you concerned about the football games Saints and Bears start at 3 and the Patriots and Colts start at 6:30. We hope to be all done by 5 so you there will be plenty of time to get home and watch the Patriots game and for those of you that want to see the other game Pine Ridge has 2 flat screen tv's that will have the game going. They will stay open until the Patriots game is over if anyone is interested in staying and watching the game there.
