Hot brakes squeel

My brakes now have an intermittent squeal when I have been using them in the woods with fairly constant braking around corners. Not issues when used infrequently in the fields. Any suggestions?

Getting some snow on them? 2015 actually have a small hole drilled to let water out and I think I will drill ours.

The rotor, or break pads probably have a glaze on them. When you have time take the break apart and sand the rotor and pads a little, so they have a fresh surface.
