When I asked him about it he said he checked YCN and there was nothing on either one of my sleds. I then asked him why they were being fixed down south all he said was there were no updates or problems up here as of yet. It is not just the updates it is the lack of communication, the difference in pricing and the difference in customer service comapared to Yamaha USA. Putting up this poll to see what others think of Yamaha Canada to show them where they stand with their own customers. Like right now 48% are not happy with Yamaha Canada hopefully that gets their attention like it should. I never put this poll up to complain about my non existant updates.

Thats weird! how did Bountyhunters dealership know about it if nothing was on YCN? Maybe it's just Alberta : )

They did it for their customers on their own and that is where I bought my 05.

Too bad it's such a long drive sounds like Larrys shop takes very good care of their customers.
