Wastegate %?

Some of the quiet muffler's with 2" outlets can be run with out adding fuel. That's why I have the fuel controller and gauges so I can add a little more fuel. My afr runs in the mid 11's. My sled has always dropped some rpm even when everything was bone stock thats why I did all the clamps thinking I had a boost leak. Then when I put it back together I forgot to put that hose on on the bottom front of the plenum. Now that thats back on im going to do a boost leak test. I'm hoping it's all good otherwise I'll have to start looking at other potential issues.
