I'm running Hurricane's Hindle exhaust with their ST weight's. Running just the weights without any added weight I bump the rev limiter slightly at WOT. I added weight to the tip's to get rid of that problem. I'm no clutch tuner but what would you recommend if different than what I did? The only gauge I had to test my set up was running against a buddy with the same weights but not sure how he had his set up. We were dead nuts even past the C note from a rolling start.

Add tip weight to get the rpms that the tune recommends, I have 270 I hit 8950 and then it settles at 8850 hurricane recommends 8800 for mine.

Personally i would load more the heel or center than tip.

You better inspect them periodicly those weight are dangerous for your clutches, pines wall are EXTREMELY thin and bushing collapses easily

I jave a brand new set( 300milles)for sale or trade if someone is interested...!

Dangerous how? Both a bud and myself used them all last season without issues. I take my clutches apart after each ride. Nothing found out of the ordinary. Original belt 4000 km's.

I will not make friends, but it is dishonest to let his customers ride with this. These weight should be recall and replace by the manufacturer

Never mind I missed your response up top.

Add Bigger bolt in centre, Smaller bolt in heel as I recall were instructions from Dave.
Worked great for me. These Hindles make a fair bit more power.
Dave has recalled these weights for better bushings I believe. Byam was not the only one with issues.
The combo works well VS stock. 4 - 6 lengths in my favour vs a couple of stockers in 660 last year.

I have the upgraded bushings from Dave, thanks I'll try the set up you suggested and see what happens.
