anyone running the Hygear front dual pressure kit on their fox floats? Curious about performance feedback, I may give it a try.
Also, if running the kit, what pressure did you end up using on ride height and compression?

I have Ron them. I liked 65-70 psi in shock and 150 psi in chamber.

I like them. Lol. Yes u can set your ride height and the can pressure will resist bottoming.

I run 70 psi in the shock and 140 psi in the Hygear. I found a noticeable difference

I run the Fox EVOL kit on both my Nytro and Viper. Hygear's reservoirs work basically the same but are a little easier to install. They do improve the performance of the Fox Floats but don't expect a drastic improvement. I run my pressures similar to MrSled.

the biggest draw back to conventional floats is the give take relationship with the air pressure. Set them low to soften the ride then your sit in goes up and you have less inches of travel working for you. If you increase air pressure to maintain all the working range of the shock, then they can be harsh. The dual pressure is a great concept that addresses the issue on conventional floats. I actually have a good used hygear dual pressure kit that will fit any float 1,2 or 3 ski shocks if anyone is interested.
