Let us know how that ZX performs, looks awesome!!! ;)!

I have been riding the Expert X for 7 years now and last year I installed the ZX2 into my Phazer. Short winter, only got 200 miles on it. I was very happy with it. Once you ride these suspensions, you can never go back to stock.

I have the zx2 in my Nytro, it's. hummmm FREAKING AWSOME !!! LOL

What's the price of that suspension? May have to invest in one ;)!

They are about $2,200.00 complete with install plates. There are only a couple of yellow and red ones left. I purchased the last two blue ones, one new and one demo'ed with an 144 extension.

Nice sled.

Your rear suspension look a little weird. It does not seem to extend out as it should. Maybe it is just the way the sled sit on the stand.
It happend to me once when i installed a ZX2 on a RTX SE just like yours.
The install plates instructions take mesurements at the bottom of the tunnel, under the running boards.
The instructions where for a 1st generation Nytro frame. The SE have the 2nd gen. frame tunnel and it is is not as low. At the time, Ad Boivin was not aware of the new frame and did not have different mesurements. We had to compare with a 1st gen. frame to make it right.

Rocketeer, you have me concerned. I know the angle of the pic and being up on a dolly might have something to do with it, but when you said weird, what exactly do you mean? Are you saying the skid should be pushed back further from the front, or is it a high/low position of the skid in the tunnel?

I dont want to make you feel bad.
The rear end seem low. I feel we should see more of the rear part of the suspension under the tunnel. On your picture, the suspension does not extend more than on a 08 model, with a lower tunnel. Your tunnel should be higher relatively to the rear arm of the suspension.
I had this happening before so i noticed it right away. But it may also be just a perspective of the picture.

Dana, I agree with the posters above, very sharp attack angle, and it looks like the rear of skid is up pretty high into the skid.

Nice looking sled tho. I've only ridden a Nytro once, and it was a local kids and had never been set up properly. It was definetley slower than my old girl, and handled like a sawhorse, it had to be in the setup.

Dana,
Can you snap a pic with it flat on the ground? It just looks like the rear of skid is mounted too high in the tunnel.
