I didnt remove my inner case either. Will be next time. Just check all bolts holding it in then.

I have 2 new 6206 in front of me FAG(korea) and Nachi. To big id :-/. I was so sure i put the old one in the garbage at my friend shop
6206 id is 1.18in or 30mm almost flat whit zero tolerance in chain case. Clutch side jackshaft 1.106in - 28.10mm

Sorry. I have only changed whole assembly but bearing says 6206 right on it and parts fische says 6206. Who knows with Cat involved. All I can suggest is order a new one from dealer and let us know what you get.

- That's what i did, they had one in stock which is miraculous. haha. 6206 "standard" 30mm id is the one in the chaincase the one behind the drive-in is 6206RD 28mm id only available at the dealer. That's the answer i got in 2 different bearings place. At least it's a KOYO(made in japan) 50$ ...lol
