06 apex with 3000 miles, last year would rev to 10500 and stay there with stock clutching now with proline or ulmers setupwill only rev to 10200.
heres what I have tried, took tip wieght out of ulmers, now 10300, changed primary from o-p-o to 0-s-o and only gained 100 rpm?
now put on advantage secondary roller and with stock wieghts and 0-p-0 spring will rev to 10500, but if I put ulmers or prolines in revs to 10200?
whats up with this?
by the way had pinks spring in with the kits at6-2 and have silver with the roller as per advantage request set at 6-2
measured roller helix and kit helix's and roller is about 4 degrees less other two seem to be same and real close to stock helix.
going to maine friday morning would like to straighten this out before I go
oh, on river this past sunday ex conditions ran about 1000 fett would go 120mph on speedo, was betting 1000 renagade and just betting (if I got hole shot ) a stock 07 apex this was with ulmers arms and roller set-up
thanks

Just my opinion, but with that many miles and you're only running 10,500 with stock components I would say your tachometer may be off 200-300 rpm. We have seen a handful in the same situation.

maybe also check belt deflection and new belt...go back to stock and see where you are at with RPMS...that sled stock should rev near 11 on hardpack longhaul.....
sounds like youre all over the place with clutch components and maybe need to start where you know it revs right then go from there....

This past weekend on hard pack trails I was only seeing 10200-10400 rpm on my tachometer. I am studded 162 down the middle double single pattern. It seems to be reving low & top end seems to be down as well. I have 2700 km (1650 miles) on my attak & everything else is stock. Not mechanically inclined so any help recommendations are appreciated. Current belt has 2400 km on it.
