Rode Saturday;

.....The Prime Meridian From Stony Mt to Toulon Sucks, ungroomed & rough. From Toulon to Popular Field was Good, From Popular Field to Fisher Branch was Groomed.

.....The Narrice Snake Trail was Excellent

.....The Cheyenne was Fair to Good up to the Lake.......Stay off the ice

.....The Willow Creek Trail up to Petersfield was Fair to Good, from Petersfield east down Nettly to the River was great. Seems to be a beacon sticking out of the ice in the Petersfield area, as a groomer went down, I never saw it but heard about it.

.....The trail from Faserwood up to Silver and the start of the Cheyenne was Good as well.

Rode Sunday;

.....The Milner Ridge Trail [eastman] going to the Half way hut was good, but has been Detoured. The Detour going to the half way hut was terrible, and the turn off to Seven Sisters was worse.

.....The trail from the Half way hut to Lac Dubonnet was terrible, it got better as you hit the old railway line.

.....From Lac Dubonnet to Powerview was Great except for a few spots, and groomed in the forest by Powerview.

....The new Cougar trail was groomed and great

....The Outlook is for snow this week that will help with all of the trails, as they need a little more snow & grooming.

.....Birdshill park was also groomed again last week, the cut over from the north side to the entrance into the west side is not groomed and is marked off with flagging tape in two spots. Otherwise good for a quick evening Scoot.

Hey Guys please feel free too add to this or update stuff, as it sure is nice to know ahead of time where you want to ride for the day. ;)!

here is something to update, the lee river groomer went down, so watch out for thin ice anywere you go. trails south of seddons corner are a little rough but ok, this snow will help a lot!

some pics of the groomer! guess grooming will not happen in the area for a while!

Looks like your going to need a gin pole truck to get that out. Or a tow truck used for the big rigs. Sorry to see that guys, hope the operator was alright.

He does not want to run the groomer ever again the club will make sure of that now. If you want to start a donation to help pay to get it fixed count me in!

What are these operators thinking? Are they even checking the thickness of the ice. Hope he was alright also. Lucky both of these is not in deeper water they might not get out.
