Mary Lake, Huntsville

Hi I'm just wondering if Mary Lake tomorrow for radar running is good because 5 or 6 of us is coming from Barrie area. Looking to see how fast Machzed's sled is. Just kidding! I'll be coming with 03 RX1 and 06 Apex with Ulmer clutch kit, 05 Power tech 800, 06 Billet 900 and a 98 Mach Z improved stock 800 200 horse. Hopefully there will be lots of guys to have a great day. The weather is looking good. -3 and sunny.

I just got back from Huntsville. I have a place right on the lake, the conditions are fast and it is still planned to go. although I ran faster down the middle of the lake then I did on the track. Get Dan to take one of the guns out to the middle he know where I ran. Speedo said 139mph fastest I have seen on mine, probably really only 110 or so, but most know better then me. I don't know the calculation. Wish I were going to be there tommorow. Have a blast.

No way was you only going 110 radar if your speedo said 139 closer 118 or better.

guys..its a go...just got back from riding and lakes are fast..my 2 teeth ground speedo said 116 which was 118 on my gps,this was just while riding one run today on another lake during our trail ride..

lakes are fast..and lots guys are coming!..

I will be happy to meet you all there tomorrow about 10:30 AM or so..

Dan thats good speed,was that on bare ice at 2000+ feet or longer like a mile??

Dan, good speeds!!Do you have windage plates on that sled yet?How far above sea level is Mary Lake.My 118.6 run was at 800 ft above sea level on a 30 degree day.I wish I wrote down the baro reading from my sled.Good luck and hope you can whip at least a few mach's.Most of the untuned ones around here are a joke......A few of these guys are already spring ordering apexes and others maybe the new 1000 cat.

i do NOT have my windage plates yet...i wish i did...LOL

that 118 on my gps was longer haul,on anothe lake...

i did run a 116.2 end of day on the gun today though(2500ft)...see my mary lake thread.

was about 26f and alot of sidewind screwed us up today...

114.6 was in 2000 ft on gun.
