Hello Everyone,

I am trying to dial in the fueling on my buddies MCX240 with a Xic fuel controller. We are having issues with getting consistent AFR #'s. We are running 11psi. It has the 270hp pump and regulator.

I have my MCX 240 with the same set up except I am using the MCX ecu vs the Xic. I swapped my pump and regulator to ensure fuel delivery is not an issue.

The problem in a nutshell is when the secondary injectors come on it tends to go rich and stumbles but at WOT @11psi it is 12-13:1 and inconsistent.

Are these Xic controllers worth the hassle or should I source a new MCX controller?

The xic controllers work really well. I would check the base map that is in the system. Most times unless someone has played around with the map the box is not the problem. It is usually a boost leak or another problem. I will try to round up the map that is in mine for you to compare. What is the rest of the history on the sled ? Did the mcx box malfunction, and that’s why it was replaced with a xic

Here is my settings. And I am basically the equivalent of a mcx 240 kit
Also here is the manual for it.
Hope this helps Jadon
