mega float

thinking of switching out my fox mega float for a brp sc10 4th generation!
its a 2011 apex se, i ride 99% trail and prefer a soft Cadillac ride.
what are your opinions on this switch? is it a good or a bad choice?

The coil over shocks which came stock on the earlier monoshock suspensions were dangerously soft. One of those will work without mounting a different suspension.
