Middle of Michigan. Who can do a flash?

I would like to get a 240 horsepower flash. Who or where can I find to do this for me? Called some dealerships and they said no can do.

Why is there laws against flashing in Michigan ???
If it's a muffler issue Hurricane has a 240 stock muffler flash that only requires clutch weights!!!

No issues here! Aftermarket mufflers is a issue in Quebec and some other areas but flashing is fine

Seriously though depends on what you are looking for but I have always used Jason Price. That being said with today's technology you can just pic a vendor, purchase a flasher and upload the tunes yourself.
