MPI Cold Air intake templete plate

I'm looking for the templete plate for the cold air intake from the MPI kit. The plate i'm referring to is in the picture on the lower left hand side.

The template is the same as the one used to mount/locate the supercharger on the right side, just use the correct size hole saw (2-1/2" sticks in my head).
