Take a look on my web site, I will have a new smaller Fuel Injection system called Tec S for up to 400 HP and at a lower cost. It's a single injector system that should be a better choice for anything other than full out racing. It's in test right now should be ready in a couple of months.

Greg that system is still $4,000. The one MPI has for the nytro is $1,400. Yes i'm sure yours does more control but $.

Sorry, But you can't do much more than a add on box for that kind of money. I'm sure it doen't have ignition either. Apex's and RX1's over 20, some 18, lbs of boost missfire badly. All you need to do is get behind one making a pass driving away from you and you will hear it, no mistake you will hear it. But I understand when it's a money thing. I tried to give as much as I could without compromising quality. If you don't need 500+ HP why spend the extra money. This new Tec S will give you simialar results to the Tec GT but with a single set of injectors instead of 2 sets thereby saving some money.
I LOVE FUEL INJECTION

have you looked at boost-it, lots of good reviews. Might not be exactly what you are looking for but its supposed to work well.

@ tjc. I already have the RB3. which adjusts fuel and timimg. I've looked at boost-it before but not closed loop.

Im with you FLYBYU - no need for a $4K system but a closed loop one would be great.
The boost it system is another version of a piggyback but better and only does fuel control.
I am waiting for the PCV with ign, and the auto tune feature for a apex to be released (it may be now??) Once Ulmer has that working that is when I may update the GEMS. About as close to closed loop as you can get for around $1500

Who makes the pvc. Is that the power commander? Allan say he was making a closed loop system?

Yeah but no auto tune feature that is only available on the Power Commander V (PCV). Allen said he would be testing the PCV when available and it is available for the nytro I'm just not sure about the apex.
There is info on it on the net with motorcycles using the autotune, basically you set what you want the A/F ratio to be and it will adjust itself to meet it. Not sure at this point if it will do that for timing I'm guessing not, but with the ignition module you can set a map for timing but I dont think it will adjust automatically.
Were probably talking less then $1000 for the hardware.

My thinking is to take the PCIII and all the ad ons needed to monitor the SC properly and then have a custom make made on a dyno.
I had this done an my Warrior and my Big Bore Grizz and they are fricken awesome to drive.
